When God called Steve Trullinger into healing ministry in 1995, he was at that time an Associate Professor of Physics at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Steve already knew that he would be trading his secure, tenured academic position for a faith-walk of adventure, trusting in the Lord’s design for the second half of his life. His twenty-five years as an educator and researcher helped prepare him to train healing and evangelistic mission teams and to help many to understand the synergisms of spiritual gifts in the ministries of healing and evangelism. Late in 2000, Steve founded The Father’s Touch Ministries, based in California, and has helped to launch and direct many healing teams of volunteers in North America, as well as lead over 20 short term mission teams focused on healing and evangelism in East Africa. Kathleen was born at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA, on March 17, 1960. She grew up in a family where both parents served in the military, so that translated into living in 7 states and 3 foreign countries by the time she was 9 years old. She currently lives in Torrance, CA, with her husband of 37 years, Steve, and they have 6 children and 10 grandchildren and a million stories that are dear to them! She received her Administrator’s Training Certification from Accelerated Christian Education in 1988 and her Ministerial Licensing through Life Bible College in San Dimas, CA, in 1998. Her love for training children to be “World Changers” started immediately after she came to know Jesus in 1983, in the areas of: Sunday School, VBS, and Teen Time Ministry. Laurie is passionate about releasing the Father's heart through prophetic intercession and helping others to encounter Him through healing prayer ministry. She has a strong desire to see the body of Christ united as one family with hearts stitched together to advance the Kingdom and bring in the great end time harvest. Laurie has served Father's Touch Ministries as lead intercessor since February 2014. She has also traveled with the touch team to East Africa ever since she first got "wrecked beyond recognition" on the mission to Kenya in June 2013. Now she co-ordinates the women's conferences and has become "mama" to many of the Gulu youth that FTM sponsors. In 2015 she resigned from her position as Safety Manager with an agricultural firm in order to have more time to serve with Father's Touch Ministries and the healing and intercession ministries she's involved with in her community.
Erika Faye grew up in Laguna Niguel, CA and then graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2007 with a degree in Literature/Writing. She then spent 2 years teaching in South Korea, where she cultivated a heart for worship, prayer and prophetic evangelism. Since 2010, she's been on staff with Coast Christian Fellowship in Torrance, CA serving as the Communications Director and high school youth ministry leader as well as doing freelance consulting and design for non profits such as The Father's Touch Ministries. She has a deep passion for storytelling, the nations, missions, and falling more in love with Jesus every day and enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.
